We range in age from 40 to 90 and are enjoying every minute of a healthy and balanced life.
We are not vegetarians, however, we adopt a diet that is higher in vegetables and grain with smaller portions of beef, seafood, pork, and poultry.
We believe that if one has a craving for a big serving of T-Bone steak, mashed potatoes and gravy – then they should go for it once in a while.

With healthy living, moderation is the key – not deprivation. No wonder westerners have so many stress-related health problems… they are too scared to eat anything because of all the conflicting reports and studies that come out almost daily.
We believe, and have practiced, that all one needs to do is become educated about how food interacts within the body and then take that knowledge and incorporate it into everyday living – without stress.
Utilize the natural powers of certain foods – herbs in particular – and super-charge your energy levels.
Meditate, or at least take time to smell the flowers, to clear your mind of fears and anxieties.
Learn compassion and respect for living beings – we are all sharing this place called earth – it is not “all about me” in the wide scope of things.
